What Size Knee and Elbow Pads?

I need to buy some Knee and Elbow pads. I am looking at getting the 661 chicken wing and veggie pads. However, I have no idea if I should buy size medium or size large. The circumfrance of my knee is 16" and my elbow is 11".

Anyone got any ideas on what size I should get.

5' 9" and medium build

i'd go with medium.   if you go mail order, just make sure they have a good (i.e free) returns policy.  just in case like
