ok a weird one for you, DOES 'tidy tig' welding denote quality 4130 tubeing?

If you had spent the money on good quality tube, you probably wouldn't chuck it all away with crap welds. It does not have to be TIG welding though, you can get great quality with MIG, MMA, brazing, and gas fusion welding - altohugh most of the "birdshit" quality you see that denotes POS frames is defo MIG.
