What are Winstanley's like for returns??

I returned the elbow pads on Tuesday and I got an email today saying that they have refunded the money to me so all I can say is excellent job from them.

I have too ordered from Winstanleys, and never had any problems ??? always received the items within a few days :daumenhoch:

The best thing to do with Winstanleys, is if you have picked up the phone to order something from them, just RETURN the handset to the cradle and walk away.  ;D
