Tiny wheels

Hi chaps, im building a little BMX thing up and need some 12" wheels, i was looking at the skyways but my problem is i need hubs with a 75mm width and no wider.
Does anyone no of any thing at all like the ones that cam in the funny bike style scooters etc any help well appreciated.
