NOS , stands for NEW OLD STOCK

so technically if its out the box and built ,however lightly its not NOS

but equally , a shop spoilt rusty set of MX1000s in the bag are NOS as well

so its a tricky term that doesnt mean the item is perfect

but my brakes better be  ;D

Won it off ebay. The welder had two framesets and had one left. His son had it and ebayed it.
