need help with profile crank

hi guys
ive got a profile crank and i want to put it with a tuf neck power disc ,the top hat washer ive got is looser than a whores g string,
any ideas where i can get the correct size?

ive been to the local biks shop they didnt have a clue, the 82 ripper that im building is older than them  :-\
