SHIMANO DX - replacement pins

Are they available to buy or does anyone know of a good alternative I can use instead

sawzall:
just make them out of a bit of thin steel rod steve,i cut a couple of bits from a storage cage at work ;) or take a look in b&q as they sell all sorts of metal there i also used a good 2k glue just to make sure they wont fall out ;)
