Best Way to remove a sealed bb

Can anyone tell me the best way to remove a sealed bb, I want to use it again.

Is there a special tool?

i get a flat punch go into bb and try to tap inside of bearing all the way round carefully until spacer drops or tap the spacer itself then go round edge of bearing until it drops out the other side i use a piece of round wood and hit it square till removed just be a tad gentle.
