Sealed BB question - PLEASE HELP

Just received my redline flight cranks, dble pinch, and fitted the bearing shells and the spindle. The question is should the spindle fit snug to both shells only the bearings have different sized openings one side is nice and snug but the other is loose and flaps around.

Is this correct and it is me being a numptey or have they sent me odd bearings?

Starting to get a bit pissed off with it and need help fast.

mine are the same both tight no slapping they should be the same
