Help with my first (BMX) build of Ammaco Team Sprint - any help appreciated !

arggh !  my seatpost problem continues.  Picked up a 25.4 (1") Haro post. Thats too large for the frame.  Got a vernier, measured post - bank on 25.4, ID of my frame is strangley 24.6mm...   Thats 1/32" less than an inch.  I guess its possible that Ammaco made there own posts for a while and it was custom to there factory ?
