They usually cost £5-£7 posted!!

Make sure you get the 4 pronged one (if ya freewheels a 4 pronged that is)  :daumenhoch:

NEVER use WD40 on bearings you can't re-grease!!!
IT will screw them.
anyway; if it's a decent freewheel [shimano etc]
get it taken apart and re-greased, a good bike shop will do this for you.
but it will probobly cost only a couple of quid more to buy a new one.
