oh shit paint help please

i was just giving a frame i had coat spray and the string i hung it up with snapped and the paint has got some dust on it now where it hit the floor and dust sheet what do i do now ?????

let it dry and sand it out ive got some 400 grade wet and dry is this smooth enough  or clean it all off and start again ?

What type of spray was it? If it's car spray and you've not laquered it yet just take it down with a wet and dry sanding pad and give it a spray over . if it's plastikote then let it dry for at least 36 hours or the paint will wrinkle when you spray over it

you probably wont believe me but it is graffiti spray i find it easy to use and cheap as chips lol

yeah should be fine to sand and respray over I think , but I haven't used those paints before so not 100%
