Stem and bar question please....

Hi guys, seen a stem on ebay which says 21:1 will this fit an old Torker or will I have to get a 22:2?
Also has anyone used the Sun bar bar copys or got any measurements, are they pro size etc?

21.1 mm is the diameter of the shaft that fits into the forks, it should fit old school threaded forks.
22.2 (7/8 inch) is the handlebar clamp dia.
