Suntour Power Stems can the shaft be pressed ?

Just a thought if anybody has done this ? Know u can do Tuf/Pro Neck stems . Are the power stems cast onto the quill ? Or pressed ?

I'm pretty sure Custom Colours have found a way to re-anodise the Power Stem without removing the quill  :daumenhoch:
