NOS Tyres - Release powder, Leave it on or clean it off ???

If the release powder still looks reasonably good , kinda like light grey/white colour I'd leave it . If the powder has gone a funny colour or just looks crappy then just clean off , soapy water etc .

Post a pic of the tyres in question ? .
