Tuf Neck Pro Wedge Help

I need a stepped wedge same type as the one show in this Helix pic. I have given up, almost, trying to buy one.

So first of all has anyone got a spare one or is willing to lend me theirs for a few days, so I can take it to my local machine shop and get a repro one made

made ones for pro necks but cant seem to get dimensions for these...
