Would I need a seat clamp with a cable barrel type adjuster on it like this:
to run an odyssey pitbull II brake like this on the rear, its not like the first pitbulls that have the cable guide as part of the set up:
PITBULL II
PITBULL I with cable guide:
thanks
ron burgundy:
Yes, the hanger is missing on that Pitbull II.
ron burgundy:
They came with a hanger, like a Pitbull I. It's missing from the one in your picture.
A Hutch seat clamp and a Pitbull II are years apart, what are you building?

I know but its a caliper brake non the less. its an 82 USA pre serial hutch pro racer. The bars (chrome new S+M slams. Never liked hutch bars) rims (smoked chrome demolition zero, cos they look the bollox) seat (S+M slim) grips (S+M) and lever (DXR) are the only parts that arent area correct, but its not a show bike, I intend to race it. Also those parts I like alot more than the era correct parts anyway ;)
