Why do people leave freewheels on hubs they've taken the rims and spkes from. You then end up breaking the hub to get the freewheel off.

cus there too tight to buy a freewheel remover ..

Get yourself a dremmel and use little cutting discs to carefully cut the freewheel off.
Cut it into two piece in line with the axle.
If you are very careful you can do it well enough not to cut into the hub threads.

RATTY:
rebuild it loosely with a crap rim, just tight enough to get it off :daumenhoch:

meticulous:
can you not push the spokes through the holes the right way on the freewheel side, before offering it up to the rim, you may have to flex the spokes a bit, worth a try!!! :daumenhoch:
