Profile Freewheel

I've got a Profile SS Hub and I want to change a 10 tooth freewheel, to a 16 tooth. How do i do it?

Does anyone know roughly how much a 16t will cost?

The wheels are going a Hoffman Taj, do you think it's worth doing? Or should I just slam a modern chain ring on it?

Are the brake lugs on the Taj on the chainstays? might not work with modern gearing due to brake clearance?

well looks like i'll be changing the gearing then  :-\
