grips on?

Ok guys, you must all have done this a thousand times.

What is the best way to get new grips on?

wd 40 if you MAY want to take them off again.

carpet spray adhesive if not.

I haven't tried WD40 yet!!

I keep forgetting to buy some.

So I clean the Bars!!

Then use Zip Ties (4 of them) inserted into the Grip.

I slide the grip onto the bars (with the smooth side if the zip tie facing the bar) and they easily go on.

Then I pull the zip ties out leaving the grip in place!!

They dont move!!

Sound shite but I have done this on all of my builds and it seems to work!!

little bit of washing up liquid smeared onto the bars and slide on.
takes a while to dry though for safe riding! :daumenhoch:

rub a vanilla slice on your bars first, then fit grips, eat slice.
