Get the red grips and red chain on and leave the UKAI's on!  Dont start changing too much and messing around or you'll never be happy with her.  I know, done it myself!  :D

First of all, thats a nice bike. Secondly, I always prefer tuffs, but in this case I think the Ukais look better there.
Just to throw a spanner in the works, how about red tuffs on it ??
Here is one I done a while ago, slightly different colours though..

Nice bike that Shaun  ;)  - I'm with you on this one, red ukais over the white tuffs, but, red tuffs would be perfection  :daumenhoch:
