ONE PEICE CRANK RECHROMES ?.

has anybody tried to get an old one peice crank rechromed ?.
i've got 3 or 4 sugino etc that the chromes gone on but are still good condition.
does the bobbles in the metal make it harder to do or something.
anybody ?.

Mark J has Dave, it can be done ;)

meticulous:
i had mine done!!! they are better than new, as them bobbles are the natural course finish of the steel, that has not been polished flat  and smooth before the chrome process... ;)

Swivel has had quite a few done and they looked  'mazing
