couple dumb questions

are UK cables any different than NA cables? I dug up a bunch of boxed Made In England cables/brake pads, denim/clothe brake pads? Also anyone hear of a three speed sturmy hub BMX/20" version, or are they the same hubs as my Sturmy 26"'s? :knuppel2:
