and laz i never saw those mags before either. i recall the 5 spoke ones.
i dont know what age they may be. the guy i got them off said they were on the redline when he got it (not from new)
he also gave me a really old stem. got 2 clamps on top. i think its a mongoose stem!

Nice score Ruler, I seem to remember those mags from the early days at around the same time as Tuff 1`s, but I havn`t seen any lately 8)
