3 piece crank help on installing?

iv been looking for a how to guide to fit a 3 piece crank together and having no joy in finding so i thought ill post up a thread,

I have bought a 3 piece crankset a fitbikeco one from stodgy  :daumenhoch: but with no experience on putting them together i am fricking hopeless  ::) does anyone have a picture guide on how it should look when putting together, there are these ring thingy LOADS OF THEM WTF! dunno what to do with them an all so will appreciate help
