Are they new axle nuts? If so, where did you get them? I need some new ones. Also, has the seat been re-covered?

Do you know anyone that can re-chrome arayas? My originals are in need of some attention as the chrome is flaking off.

So many questions but you've given me a kick up the arse to sort out my HLT before the summer.....
