are haro group 1 rs3 frames good quality ??

ive got the chance of a haro group 1 rs3 rame (1987)
are these frames any good ?
there dont seem to be many about but was wondering if there good quality before i buy one
how do these compare to other haro frames ?

i bought one of these as my first build last summer.it was a nos 1987 rs2 frame set from alans.i must say the welding on these is pants,gotta expect this tho not being u.s built lke the earlier haros.when they were first launched a mag article called them the rolls royce of race bikes so youre gonna have to draw your on conclusions from that.im still not sure where these stand in the os community,hopefully someone with better knowledge will let you know  :daumenhoch:
