dont use anything or they will always come lose, there is a special technique to get grips on & off in seconds, i'll take a few photo's 2moro & post a how to...(these techniques were mastered in the ghetto when kids left their bikes outside shops that had better grips on than yours, they came out to find they had no grips)

deodarant like lynx :) Think about it ::) its made to dry in  ;) and your grips will smell more manly than the birds hair spray ya bunch of poofters ;D

nana, i have recently taken to using lynx deodorant mate.....it works, and works pretty quick too
