Redline Forklifter

My minty mint original Redline Forklifter, is starting to show the first couple of signs of blemishing :( :-X

Its been in my garage over the winter months which I guess has caused it!

Can I restore it without starting from scratch, how can I stop it getting worst..............without bringing it in the living room :D
