Sorry people no more due to health issues
Brandy Truffle:
Dumb question guys, but if I have a set of rims polished shiny shiny mirrory ;D to preserve them like that can they then be "clear" anodised? otherwise in time they'll oxidise and go dull surely?
Sorry if this is dredged up again..I'm sure I read about this before but cant locate topic.
For example - Bought a Mongoose Californian from a guy on Burnerworld about year & a half ago which has Pro Class wheels on. The bike was originally restored by Jezza with lovely shiny rims. It's been a show bike ever since but the shinyness has gone...well....dull. No exposure to the elements and in less than 2years this has happened.

are you able to do larger items, i.e. the outer rim from a car's split rims?
