he's right, I got some of those from Anals and they're fine.

They look just the job, cheers.Does the flange sit inside the dropout or on the side?

the large bit is on the nut side, the small bit in the dropout.

they are much smaller than they look in the pix. Quite dainty really.

Champion. Cheers all for the advice. Got an old beat up x-rated for a fiver. only a cheapo bike but doing it up to be my daily ride. dont want to scratch the aero!
