Anyone know what rims these are

They came on a 1983 GT Pro from california that was untouched until i got my hands on it 3 years ago,
No markings anywhere on them :-\

Early Ukai's werent stamped - just built a nos pair up.

i always thought they was ukai's, but had my doubts being as the rims were flat and not domed where the nipple attatches to the rim ..
