I think the cranks look ok, but I think it needs something else Red, not sure what, maybe grips or seat.
& yeah change the seat post.

Thanks guys.  Looks like the cranks are staying, the seatpost is definitely going and a red seat will be added (on a straight post).  I appreciate all your comments.
