Is it a case of paint it on, leave it and then wipe off the paint, or is scraping involved
buzzlightyear05:
Apply it with an old paint brush ect wait for it to bubble up then use an old rag ect to wipe it off. It really is as easy as that. Be sure to use gloves though and cover your arms as the splashes get a bit sore.

Yeah, just paint it on with an old brush and work it intoall the tight angles. Leave it a few minutes (youwill see the paint lift and bubble) then wipe it off. May need a second go, and try not to let it dry on. Keep working it with the brush.
If its a frame you are stripping back to bare metal, get the wire brush out once youve wiped the excess off. That will bring it up lovely. Its really satisfying and much less work that rubbing it down with sandpaper.
