ally should be filled with ally weld not brazing :)

It's a bit of an art form i'm told, very hard to work with. just my luck.

Looks like I'll be playing with the P38 and some spray cans, sorry Dan :(

Or maybe give this stuff a try... I haven't used it myself but the manufacturer claims it's suitable for powdercoating  :daumenhoch:
