Some have 2 pin holes... some have two rectangular slots(early shimano) and some have four slots.

YGT:
acs use a different system with there claws freewheels, as do many dictas.
best thing to know is what freewheel that needs to be removed first and then purchase a tool.

I have and use at least 4 differnt bmx freewheel tools in my toolbox.
