How do i de-anodise something?

Ovenpride all the way for me, dont use the provided bag though, use washing up gloves and a plastic tray to submerge the item in, dont leave to soak either, use your hands (in the gloves) to rub the item as it soaks, keep going till happy . Badda and indeed Bing

I'm guessing the B&Q Caustic is cheaper although I already have Oven Pride in the house. I'll just need to convince the misses that oven shelves come in new shapes, sizes and colours! :daumenhoch:
