bolt for haro 11/8 forks

lokking for a hollow bolt the same as this to fit a pair of haro forks ('97 ish) diameter if bolt is 14mm ,does anybody know where i can get one from?

 i got one for a 97 Zippo fork from Edinburgh Bike co-op
