Righto tech buff's! I have a pair of Green MX 1000's which refuse to lose their colour! :knuppel2: I have tried the strongest paint stripper from my mates body shop? every other paint stripper you can buy etc ??? Super strong thinners?,gasket stripper and even brake fluid :-\ they have lost a little bit in places, but this is driving me mad!! dont want to scratch them up by using abrasives' so do you guys know what I can do? ???
dordymush:
i had this prob with some pink ones daz.
nothing would touch the bastid colour.
ended up painting them black.
meticulous:
indistructable paint!!!! wow!!!!  why dont they paint cars with it..... ???
Swivel:
Try nitro mors Daz or even Oven Pride :-\
mark 2:
I've had t too Daz, baked enamel I think. I left some with my chromers after I failed with Nitromoors. They left them in for days in their solution and blasted the last fiddly bits off and then polished. Which is a shame to piss about with abrasive methods as the finish underneath is easily sparkled with a bit of autosol when it's just anno removed.
