Decal position on Star bars Help Please

HUTCHMAN:
could someone please measure the length from the top of the crossbar(where it meets the vertical),round the bend and on to the end of the bars for me,i know mine are original but i think the've been chopped!i reacon they are at least an inch short on each side.thanks in advance.
