cost of stripping chrome

anyone know roughly how much a chromer would charge to strip a frame and forks?or has anyone had one stripped then rechromed?how much was the complete package????any help appreciated :daumenhoch:

bleedin heck that was good,who did that for you?im running up a blind alley with south coast chrome,they wont do any stripping and want £150 just to rechrome!!!

Depends if its just frame and forks?
A whole bike included trick nuts and seat clamps seat posts handle bars soon adds up!
I paid £150 but had loads of little items that take time you will be surprised a whole frame is easier to chrome than small items due to fiddley polishing and getting to hard areas ready for chroming!

Company called Allen Chrome in Poklington Yorks, to young lads, they do Lambretta stuff. Proper good job, they done my Gen1 and ask Swivel how that looks :4_17_5:
