Twin pinch fitting instructions..anyone show me the way

just got around to fitting these after about 12 months but not sure on the fitting,do they usually come with them'mine were bought used from another member

I dont think they fit the same as the twin pinch set up,i cant seem to figure what stops the spindle from sliding in and out the BB ?





this is what I have in the box,do I have the lot?

You've got the lot there fella, the arms will stop the spindle sliding side to side.
