Not sure if this will help or not, but i repainted my 88 master.
there was some original paint left and i found Rover Pageant mid blue matched.

I dont know the RAL code for it but the name should be good enough.

I dont know if its a 100% match but it looked very close to me.

Looking at your frame, it may be a little darker than that blue. Did the Haro blue change over the years?

Ill take my frame outside and take a pic so you can see how the colour looks.

Its not the best paint job in the world, and i had to loose the chrome, but its a rider so i dont care :)

Theres alot of late 80's haro builds going on at the moment!
