haro fork brake bolt

Whats the deal with these?

The front brake bolt is recessed into the fork, is this a haro only job?

Ive bought a front caliper but its sat at the post office till i collect it, but i assume it wont have this style of bolt.

If it just the nut thats different? or is the whole center bolt different?

Local bike repair shop had what i needed :)
