That is looking sweet. That stem looks nos, or have refurbed it?

I'm waiting on a few bits before building up a Carrera II, can't wait till its done :daumenhoch:

The stem was not strictly NOS, but looks like it's never been used. I've had the frame & forks re-chromed, not perfect, but better than it was. The bars are as they came from Neil, pretty good already. Just gotta find the rest of the parts. Maybe not totally to spec, but to my taste as usual  ;)
