New School Eastern hubs question

Moose:
Just bought myself some cheapo wheels that have Eastern Atom hubs with 14mm axles and sealed bearings.

Now, I've seen that Eastern definately do a 10mm sealed front, so am I right in assuming that the hub bodies are the same and therefore if I get a 10mm alxe and sealed bearing kit I can swap the alxes out?

If I am right in my assumption, anyone know where I can get and Eastern 10mm axle and sealed bearing kit?
