What grease to use on bearings in bottom bracket?

As title says really, what grease should I use for the bearings in the bottom bracket? I've got loads of automotive grease, or should I use something like Copperslip?

Should I use grease when pressing the bearing cups into the frame or press them in dry?

Apologies if this is a crap question, this is my 1st build!

Finish Line its a teflon grease that you get get from places like halfords, its specially for bike bearings etc :daumenhoch:
