Stupid question...
Swivel:
Been sometime since i've done this :2funny: but, if removing a cog/freewheel from a wheel which way should I turn it? Clockwise or Anti-clockwise? I will probably use a hammer and something that won't dent it to knock it off, but need to know chaps as I don't want to overtighten it and risk fooking it up....
Ta,
Matt :daumenhoch:
HUTCHMAN:
removal is anti-clockwise.
Swivel:
Ta i'm such a donut :2funny:
meticulous:
opposite way to the way it tightens when you pedal ya' numpty.... :LolLolLolLol: :LolLolLolLol:
this is on par with the 'why's it called a PK called loopy' thread by trev....
:LolLolLolLol:
Bettyswallocks:
As said above anti-clockwise, the direction it freewheels, pedalling tightens em
Get a removal tool, only a couple of quid makes it easy peasy to get em off
Put removal tool on freewheel with a wheelnut and washer holding it in place loosely... big spanner and hammer if required... job done... :daumenhoch:
