SUGINO CT CRANK NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Swivel:
You wouldn't believe it guys but I picked up a cheap one recently that needed rechroming, and today I visited my chromers and they have seriously fooked it up :'(
The spider I only found out today which is part of it is Alloy, the crank arms Steel. It was originally black, so they dipped it to clean off to the paint and the stripper is so strong it basically has eaten the spider :-\ When I told him how much these cranks are worth the guy crapped himself, but suggested that they can re-fabricate the spider as a solution to the problem.
So I will need either two things....
1) An outline of the spider (on a piece of paper) with some ideas of thicknesses or...
2) Someone send me that drive side with spider attached and they can get it lazer measured and then machined
Can anyone on here help?
This will hold up my 84' Haro Master build now but there you go... :-\
Thanks in advance...

Yep not good Glen. I must admit, for everything else these chromers have been spot on, they just failed this time to work out what was steel and what wasn't due to the crank being heavily painted. Sods law it had to happen just as I have everything to build the Master now :-\
