Top-hat (crank) washers

Quick question.

Can you get a top hat washer to step down from 23.8 (opc) to 19mm (profile spindle)?

 Some are too wide and may need machining down a bit,as they can cause the spider to be misaligned with the spindle boss and arm boss.
